Barcelona Photography Workshops

Our Barcelona photography workshops are the result of years of experience in perfecting a truly memorable learning experience for photography enthusiasts seeking an educational vacation. The carefully designed itineraries combine stunning locations, excellent tuition, fantastic accommodation and great cuisine! The workshops are specifically designed for enthusiasts, advanced amateurs and semi-professional photographers.

Our international photo workshops are currently held in Spain, Israel, France, Greece, Morocco, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Chile, the U.K and India. As well as the group scheduled workshops, we also offer private, customised workshops throughout the year to individuals, couples and small groups. Our Barcelona and International photo workshops are held through Photo Workshop Adventures, our affiliate with over 100 photo adventures, in more than 50 countries, on 7 continents. All of our workshops are given in small group sizes, as we believe this makes for a more enjoyable and productive experience.

As our company continues to evolve, so do our workshop destinations. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Photo Workshop Adventures, we have put together a unique, one-time opportunity to tour with us in various destinations around the Mediterranean on our 3 Amigos Workshop. New destinations for 2026 include Berlin, Georgia and Azerbaijan, and will be added to our photo workshops list in due course.

The international photography workshops that we offer run in small group sizes in order to maximise your learning experience. Some of the locations that we cover involve street photography which involves being as discreet as possible in order to blend into the background, work around the camera efficiently and avoid getting in the way of fellow photographers before capturing an image at the critical moment. It is for this reason that many of our guests decide to book our private VIP international photo trips for the ultimate in luxury and customisation.

Our itineraries have been carefully created in order to enjoy your time to relax as well. We stay in some of the most authentic, luxurious and hospitable accommodation available to the areas that we visit. From stunningly ornate Riads in Morocco, to luxury glamping in the desert of Wadi Rum, to wonderful cave hotels built into the volcanic walls of Santorini, the level of quality in accommodation on our workshops reflects both our guest’s requirements and our company ethos.

Thanks to our level of knowledge in each location, the authentic dining experiences make up an important part of immersion into the culture and aid in the general enjoyment of your trip. Local cuisine in some of the best restaurants doesn’t just mean the most expensive fine dining choices available. Far from it. We love to experience local treats from informal tapas bars in Barcelona, to freshly caught seafood mezes on the island of Milos, to sweet deserts from Patisseries in Provence. One thing is certain – you won’t be going hungry on our workshops!
